1:1  Yoga Sessions

Tailored sessions to support your own intentions for the class, offered as a package of six, individual one hour lessons, in the comfort of your own home, (travel charge depending on location). Create space to take care of yourself breathing and stretching to release tension in the body, manage stress and calm your mind.

These bespoke lessons can really focus in on your own needs and aims working on flexibility, strength, breathing, meditation or relaxation.

Hatha Yoga Classes - @ The Glow Collective, Bridport

Small supportive classes , moving the body with deep stretches, calming the mind, using the breath to be present on the mat and relax, these classes are a true investment creating time for you to focus on nourishing and prioritising yourself. Great for stress management, coping with the demands of daily life and slowing mind and body.

The supportive and relaxed atmosphere of The Glow Collective is the prefect space to breathe into your body.

£8 per class - 50% for NHS Staff


Individual Wellbeing Life Coaching 

Getting control of your own health through allowing yourself time to focus on the needs of your body, mind and soul. In our busy lives it is easy to feel like we are out of balance, going around in circles or being pulled in a million different directions, so creating time to help work through your priorities or needs is an increasingly popular method of self-care.

These sessions are available in person (location dependant or online).

£60 per session / 6 sessions £300 plus free 20 minute initial consultation
