Hi I’m Rach, I have been practising yoga since 2010 and am passionate about the physical and mental health benefits of asana practice, yoga philosophy and holistic health. My personal practice and teaching involves working on the breath, learning to calm & control the mind, movement and creating space for relaxation & mediation.


I am keen to encourage the growth of others and have over 20 years experience in mentoring & coaching,  enabling me to effectively work with individuals, tailoring support which aligns to their goals.


A qualified 200hr Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance International and Wellbeing Life Coach accredited by the Personalised Care Institute. I offer 1:1 coaching, individual yoga sessions in your home and group classes in Bridport and the West Dorset Area.


All my classes offer a safe and supportive space for you! 


Rachael is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a 200 hr yoga teacher training course with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Coaching accreditations with the PCI and Association for Coaching.
